Where we open in 2027
The flagship in Tekstilshchiki — within walking distance of Yardyam mosque and the Cathedral Mosque, at the heart of Moscow's Muslim community. Plan B: Altufyevo (Cathedral Mosque area) — formalised backup location in case of negotiation or grid hold-up. A pipeline of 3–4 alternative sites with ready 80 kW capacity is in motion. A pop-up traffic and LTV validation in the Tekstilshchiki catchment launches before Series A closing — giving investors actual demand readings ahead of Term Sheet. Flagship opening — Q2 2027 (14 months from Series A closing, Q4 2026), including the 11–16 month grid lead time.
Location risk mitigation
Time to flagship opening — 14 months from Series A closing (Q4 2026 closing → Q2 2027 flagship; the 11–16 month 80 kW grid lead time is embedded). A pipeline of 3–4 alternative sites with ready capacity is in motion as backup. Plan B Altufyevo is formalised as a backup scenario (Cathedral Mosque area; available capacity confirmed). An LOI with the Tekstilshchiki landlord is signed before Series A closing; in parallel, a 4–6 week pop-up validating traffic and basket runs in the same catchment ahead of Term Sheet.
