Uzbek-cuisine expert who understands halal protocols. Mission: develop and standardise recipes for tandoor, butcher department and prepared food; deliver consistent quality across the Q2 2027 flagship and 33 compact stores by Y5.
Development Director
Network FMCG retail development experience. Mission: source, negotiate and sign 34 locations by Y5; manage the alternative-premises pipeline (Tekstilshchiki primary, Altufyevo plan B) and landlord relationships.
Halal Compliance Officer
Role added to the org chart after the third audit round. Internal halal-standard compliance, supplier audit, incident response. Compensation ₽250–350K/month. Sourced through mosques and SMR + Tatarstan DUM certifiers.
